         Delhi Metro - Second best metro in the World.

• In an online survey conducted in April-May, 2014, Delhi Metro was ranked the 2nd best International Metro system in the world in terms of overall customer satisfaction after London's Docklands Light Railway ( DLR ).
• Survey conducted by- Global metro benchmarking groups 'NOVA' and 'CoMET'.
• The survey ranked Bangkok metro at the 3rd place.
